100 Ways to Love Yourself is both an introductory and refresher course on mself-love. It is comprised of ten chapters that each have ten calls to action designed to help us better appreciate, respect, and love ourselves. It is the second book written by Grammy, Golden Globe and Oscar-nominated songwriter, Taura Stinson, whose lifework is rooted in inspiring others through music, books and the arts. This book evokes the same emotions one feels after talking to a friend who reminds us of how incredible and worthy we are.It is filled with gentle reminders and nudges that will inevitably encourage women and men alike to jump and fall hard for themselves. In addition, it features workbook sheets, conversation starters and recipes for self-care, all hinged on her personal mantra, Believe. Become. Repeat, a thought process rooted in the notion that thoughts become things repeatedly. 100 Ways to Love Yourself was written in hopes that each reader love themselves more compassionately by the time they read the last word, because our capacity to love increases when we love ourselves.
